MUZZLE SPEED-LOCK KIT – SUPERIOR ALTERNATIVE TO CRUSH WASHERS
We designed our Muzzle Speed-Lock Kit with two distinct purposes. First, it replaces throw-away crush washers with a threaded washer. This allows you to change out end treatments quickly and easily without a lot of effort and waste. The robust washer can be re-used repeatedly. It also makes the timing of your muzzle brake effortless. Second, a quality thread protector is provided to eliminate possible thread damage when an end treatment is not in use. It not only offers protection but gives your rifle a finished and professional look.
INSTALLATION
Thread on lock washer, position muzzle device as needed, use wrench to reverse lock washer against muzzle device and tighten together.

These have been a go to item when threading a hunting rifle barrel for a muzzle brake. They are oftentimes too small of a diameter to leave an adequate shoulder for the brake to tighten against. These work great to provide that shoulder to tighten against. Thank you for a great product.
